Lauren Holmstrom brings a wonderful combination of real estate experience, local knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people she works with.

Licensed since 2014, Lauren began her real estate career with another brokerage, where she quickly demonstrated her ability to successfully guide clients through the buying and selling process. During one particularly busy year, she closed an impressive 20 transactions. In 2025, Lauren joined Simply the Best Real Estate Co., bringing her experience and talents to our family-owned brokerage.

A lifelong Fallbrook resident, Lauren has an intimate knowledge of Fallbrook and the surrounding North County communities. Having grown up, lived, and worked in the area, she offers her clients the kind of local insight that can only come from truly knowing the community.

Lauren is also an accountant, giving her a strong financial background and a natural eye for numbers, organization, contracts, and details—all valuable skills when navigating a real estate transaction.

But what truly sets Lauren apart is who she is. She is kind, caring, dependable, and exceptionally detail-oriented. She takes the time to listen to her clients, understand what matters to them, and make what can sometimes be a stressful process feel more manageable and personal.

Lauren is also part of the family behind Simply the Best Real Estate Co.—she is broker Cindy Holmstrom’s daughter-in-law. Together, they share a commitment to providing knowledgeable, attentive service while treating clients like people, not transactions.
